Meet Tim Peters – Your Local Mortgage Broker

Hi, I’m Tim Peters, the face behind STAG Finance, and I’m proud to call Coromandel Valley home. My wife Brianna and I have lived here since 2012, raising our four children alongside our ever-loyal Golden Retriever, Molly Blossom.

Like many locals, I’ve learned to live with (and occasionally complain about!) the freight trains, but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. We love the sense of community, the Hills lifestyle, and being surrounded by great schools, sporting clubs and local businesses.

A Local Through & Through

Our family is deeply connected to the community. Our eldest completed her schooling at Blackwood High School, while our three younger children attend Coromandel Valley Primary School. Much of our spare time revolves around school events, junior sport and making the most of everything the Adelaide Hills has to offer.

Whether it’s a walk through one of our local reserves, kicking the footy with the kids, firing up the BBQ at home or catching up with friends around the area, we’re grateful to call this community home.

After more than a decade living in Coromandel Valley, I’ve come to know these suburbs well—not just the streets, but the people, schools and local lifestyle that make this such a fantastic place to live and raise a family.
